摘要
通过研究聚氨酯弹性体的组成及配比,制备了低成本聚氨酯铺装材料。结果表明,聚醚多元醇PG-4/N-220大于0.23,催化剂用量为0.4%~1.2%,预聚体和浆料之比为0.9:4~1.0:4,再加入填料处理剂,能提高其力学性能。
A low cost polyurethane paving materials were produced by studying compositions and ratio of polyurethane elastomer admixture. The result shows that the mechanical properties can be improved when mass ratio of PG - 4/N - 220 is above 0.23, the catalyst amout added is between 0.4% - 1.2% and the mass ratio of pre-polymer/paste is 0.9/4 - 1.0/4 with addition of modified fillers.
