In the synthesis of sucrose-6-acetic ester,the authors have made the researchment that relates to supervise the reaction process with thin-layer chromatography.It shows that it is easy to seperate sucrose-6-acetic ester from sucrose-4-acetic ester,using acetone-ethyl acetate-acetic acid as unfolding agent.
