摘要
采用 ＨＰＬＣ法，以Ｃ１８柱检测波长２５４ｎｍ测定甲磺酸多沙唑嗪片有关物质。当进样 量为３－１８μｇ时 ，试样与杂质峰面积呈良好的线性关系，且主峰与杂质峰分离度好。结果 准确、可靠，可用于产品的质量控制和评价。
Related substances of Doxazosin Mesylate tablets can be detected on C18 column at detection wavelength 254 nm. When feed is 3 - 18μm. the sample has a good linear relation with impurity peak area, and the main peak can be nicely separated from the impurity peak. The results are correct and reliable, the method can be used to control and evaluate quality of the products.
