Study on Conversation and Utilization of Urea Wastewater

摘要 对应用游离酶处理尿素废水进行了初步研究,重点对脲酶的来源,大豆的选择,提取工艺,处理碱性尿素废水的温度、投酶量、反应滞留时间等进行了研究,也对酶与产物的分离方法以及酶的再利用等问题进行了探讨。 Urea wastewater to be treated by free enzyme is primarily studied, and resource of urease, selection of soybeans, extracting process, temperature at which alkali urea wastewater is treated, enzyme amount to be used and residence time of reaction are studied, separation of enzyme and products, and reuse of enzyme are also discussed.
