摘要
本研究的目的是制备出一种具有高透明性的LLDPE专用料 ,主要研究了LLDPE/DBS体系的性能及制备工艺条件 ,对其透明性从结构及结晶行为进行了研究。当在LLDPE中加入成核剂DBS后其透明性提高 ,其加入量>0 5份时效果明显 ,成核剂的加入使材料的力学性能提高。
The properties and processing conditions of LLDPE/DBS blend system were studied to prepare special material of LLDPE with high transparency which was investigated through their structure and crystallization behavior. The results showed that the transparency of LLDPE/DBS blend system was improved apparently when nucleation agent DBS was over 0 5 %. Incorporation of DBS leads to improvement of mechanical properties.
