摘要
深入分析了跳汰过程中颗粒运动的特征,应用马尔可夫链理论建立了跳汰分层过程的数学模型,并在实验室U型跳汰机上进行了实验验证。计算结果揭示了跳汰床层中物料分层的形成过程,很好地解释了当中等密度物料多时分选效果变坏的原因。
Through intensive analyzing the movement pattern of particles in jig bed, the paper introduces the jig stratifying process-related mathematical model formed by markovo chain theory. And an experimental method for determining the parameters of the model is dis-cussed in the paper. The result demonstrates the forming process of jig stratifying and ex-plains the reason why the efficiency gets worse when there is more middle material in jig bed.
