摘要
研究了一系列稳定的油基油水煤浆的流变性质 ,探讨了煤种以及煤浆中煤、水、油三相比例对煤浆流变性质的影响规律 ,并对流变曲线进行了回归分析 .结果表明 ,煤浆属于屈服 -假塑性流体 ,油基油水煤浆的流变性能好 ,粘度低 ,其内部存在着由煤颗粒和水滴及油滴共同构建而成的立体网状结构 .
The rheological properties of a series of stable oil based water coal slurry(OWCS) were studied. And the influence of different coals and the ratio of three phases (coal, water, oil) on rheological properties of the coal slurry was discussed. In addition, the rheological curves were regressed and analyzed. The result shows that the coal slurry belongs to a yield pseudo plastic fluid and that the OWCMS is good in rheologic property and low in viscosity. So it has a broad application prospect and is significant in a further research of slurry making.
