摘要
考察了神木煤镜质组和丝质组在热解和气化过程中存在的差别 ,包括不同压力下热解和气化的挥发分收率 ,生成半焦的 C含量 ,半焦的表面形态和燃烧反应性 .结果表明 :在热解过程中 ,镜质组的反应性高于丝质组 ,生成的镜质组半焦比丝质组半焦有较高的 C含量 ,而在气化中丝质组有较高的反应性 ,气化压力较低时 ,生成的丝质组半焦有较高的 C含量 ,气化压力较高时生成的镜质组半焦有较高的 C含量 ,但不论是热解还是气化过程中 ,生成的镜质组半焦的燃烧反应性高于丝质组半焦 。
The differences between pyrolysis and gasification property of vitrinite and fusinite, including volatile yields, carbon content, SEM characteristic and combustion reactivity of residual chars under different pressure, were systematically investigated using TGA. The results indicate that the vitrinite has a higher reactivity and a lower carbon content than that of fusinite during pyrolysis, while fusinite has better reactivity than that of vitrinite during gasification with CO2. Fusinite char has a higher carbon content than that of vitrinite under a lower gasification pressure but the vitrinite has a higher carbon content under a higher gasification pressure. In both the pyrolysis and the gasification, vitrinite chars have a better combustion reactivity than that of fusinite chars. The combustion reactivity in gasification process is better than that in pyrolysis process.
