医学院校基础实验室撤小并大、管理体制与教研室分离后 ,针对实验教学计划的实施、科研仪器设备的管理、实验仪器设备的利用、青年教师专业基本技能培训等新问题 。
The article discussed the solutions to the new problems (e.g. the implementation of experiment teaching plan, the management of scientific equipment, the utilization of the instrument and equipment that aren't used temporarily and the basic technical training of young teachers, etc.) and the results, after small basic labs have merged into the bigger ones and their management system is separated from the teaching and research section.
