本文用^(22)P示踪法测定了油松和豆科植物的含磷根系分泌物的组分和数据,并研究了两者的相互关系。据测定,油松的含磷根系分泌物的排出率为15~23%,豆科植物为5~14%。含磷根系分泌物中。水溶性组分约占66~76%,脂溶性组分15~19%,其余为含磷蛋白质。试验证明,在油松与豆科植物之问,存在着明显的含硫化合物交流现象。根据上述材料,作者认为油松与沙打旺、草木间作,在磷素营养方面可能比与小冠花间作更有利。
: The fractions and quantities of root exudate containing P from seedlings of Chinese Pine (Pinus tabulaeformis) and 3 leguminous sp-ecies (Melilotus suaveolens, Astragalus adsurgens and Corolilla uaria) were determined, and the interrelation of root P nutrition between Chinese Pine and legumes were investigated, The exudation rates of P from root system are 15-23% for Chinese Pine,5-14% for legumes. The water soluble fraction ranges 66-76%,the lipophilic fraction ranges 15-19% of the total exudate containing P, the rest is P containing proteins. The study shows that there is obvious communication of P-containing substances between roots of Chinese Pine and legumes, It has been suggested that the intercropping of Chinese Pine with Astragalus or Melilotus may be more beneficial in P nutrition than with Corolilla.
