摘要
三辊行星轧机作为一种新的大压下量轧机,在七十年代初问世以来,得到很大的发展。迄今为止,国内外学者都对此作了大量的研究,并发表了许多论文,但都未涉及至7生产中经常碰到的问題——管棒材在轧机里的扭转。本文首次提出了这个问题,并用矢量法定性地研究了这种现象,初步解答了这种现象产生的原因,文后还提出了防止扭转的措施。
This paper presents all twisty type of rolling the tube and stick by 3-roll planetary mill, and introduces a vector method. This method gives a new way of studying twisty of rolling the tube and stick, and a way of twisty protection is offered also.
