摘要
目的:用超声引导自动肾活检给弥漫性肾病的早期诊断提供可靠的病理依据。方法:用长射程内槽切割式活检枪和相应的活检针,在超声引导下对100例弥漫性肾病进行自动肾活检。结果:100例患者共穿刺210次,所取组织条长度为0.8～1.8cm,取材成功率为99%,其中肾小球轻微病变占60%,1例术后出现肾周血肿,97%的患者有镜下血尿。结论:超声引导自动肾活检,安全可靠,操作简单,易于掌握,值得推广,对弥漫性肾病的早期诊断与治疗有重要意义。
Objective:To provide objective pathological evidence to early diagnosis of the diffuse renopathy by automatic renal biopsy.Methods:One hundred cases diffuse renopathy were made by ultrasound guided automatic renal biopsy with long shot tru cut biopsy guns and suitable trucut needles.Results:The successful biopsy rate,minor glomerular abnormalities,renal hematoma and microscopic hemuresis were 99%,60%,1%and 97% in the 100 cases.The length of renal biopsy tissues were 0.8～1.8cm in 210 biopsy.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided automatic renal biopsy was safe,simple and worth spreading.It has important significance to diagnosis and treatment of diffuse renopathy.
