摘要
目的:探讨尚无眼底改变的糖尿病患者视网膜动、静脉血流动力学变化,为临床提供诊治早期糖尿病视网膜病变的信息。方法:应用彩色多普勒血流显像技术检测26例确定无糖尿病眼底改变的糖尿病患者和25例正常对照者的视网膜动脉(CRA)收缩期最高血流速度(Vmax)、舒张期最低血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流速度(Vmean)、脉动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、Vmax/Vmin(S/D)值及视网膜静脉流速(Vcrv)和Vcrv/Vmin值。结果:糖尿病患者视网膜动脉Vmin、Vmean均低于正常对照组(P<0.05),PI、RI、S/D均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),其视网膜静脉的Vcrv以及Vcrv/Vmin值均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者在眼底尚无改变时,其视网膜动、静脉均已发生血流动力学变化。
Objective:To study the hemodynamic changes of central retinal artery(CRA)and central retinal vein(CRV) in the diabetic patients without orbital lesions,and then to suggest an early diagnostic and treatment basis for the diabetic retinopathy.Method:Using color Doppler imaging technique,we studied the CRA and CRV flow in 26 diabetic patients and in 25 healthy control cases.The values were measured as follows:the peak systolic velocities(Vmax),the end diastolic velocities(Vmin),the mean-enveloped velocities(Vmean),the pulsatility index(PI),the resistant index(RI),the ratio of Vmax and Vmin(S/D),the blood flow velocity of CRV(Vcrv)and the ratio of Vcrv and Vmin.Result:The Vmin and Vmean of CRA in diabetic patients are lower than that in the control group cases(P<0 05),while the PI、RI and S/D are higher (P<0 01).The velocity of CRV and the Vcrv/Vmin in diabetic group are higher than that in healthy group(P<0 05).Conclusion:There have already been hemodynamic changes in CRA and CRV in those diabetic patients without orbital lesions.
