摘要
阐述图像存档与通讯系统建立过程中的各项准备工作。医院的准备工作是确立目标、筹划、网络改建和工程设计,放射科作为主导科室要在人员培训、设备更新、工作流程管理和质控方面提前做好充分的准备。作为建设数字化医院的系统工程,建立图像存档与通讯系统的总体原则是高起点、总体规划、工程分部实施和全面提高工作人员的技能。
Objective:To define the preparations in establishing the pictures archiving and communication system(PACS).For hospital,the preparations included the purpose confirmation,the planning,the web reconstruction and the project design.Radiology department,as the prime subject,should make fully preparations in staff training,equipment updating,procedure management and quality administration.Conclusion:To construct PACS,which is one of the systemic project in building the electronic hospital,the major principals are highly beginning,totally planning,partly applying and fully updating the staff skills.
