胆管癌细胞内一氧化氮含量测定
Measurement of NO in bile duct carcinoma cells
摘要
为探索胆管癌细胞内一氧化氮(NO)含量与肿瘤生长的关系,本文检测24例胆管癌标本中NO含量,并与正常组织相比较,试图为临床利用胆管癌细胞自身生物学特性诊治胆管癌提供一定的实验依据.
