摘要
本文研究了激光处理参数(Fτ^(1/2))和合金粉料对高速钢激光合金化区热稳定性的影响。并分析研究了激光合金化区经高温加热后组织,结构和成份的变化。结果表明,在高速钢上熔覆(WC+B)粉料可以获得很高的热稳定性。
In this paper the influence of the laser processing parameters (F τ^(1/2)) and the compound alloying powder on the thermal stability of the laser alloying region of high speed steel is studied, and the changes in the microstructures, crystal structures and compositions of the laser alloying area after being heated at high temperature are also examined. Results have shown that quite high thermal stability can be obtained by melting and coating high speed steel specimen substrate with the(WC+B) powder.
