本文叙述了焊丝加工工艺中热处理、表面准备、拉拔和镀层(涂层)各工序对焊缝质量的影响。重点介绍了按金相组织分类的贝氏体、马氏体类合金结构钢和铁素体、马氏体、奥氏体类不锈钢合金焊丝的生产工艺。
The article gives out the influence of different processes such as heattreatment, surface preparation, drawing and coating of wires on the quality of welds. It mainly introduces the production processes of alloy structural steel welding wires of bainite and martensite and stainless steel welding wires of ferrite, martensite and austenite.
