摘要
研究甲硝唑降血脂作用与最低稳态血药浓度 (Cssmin)的关系 ,为临床合理应用甲硝唑治疗高脂血症提供科学的参考依据。方法 :给临床高脂血症患者服用不同剂量的甲硝唑 ,2WK后测定病人的胆固醇(CH) ,三酰甘油 (TG)和Cssmin。根据血脂的改变情况和Cssmin的关系 ,制作 2× 2决策矩阵表 ,求算真阳性率和假阳性率 ,绘制ROC曲线 ,推测其最佳临界点。结果 :通过ROC曲线确定甲硝唑降血脂的治疗窗上限及其最佳临界点为Cssmin≥ 10 μg/ml。结论 :利用ROC曲线进行药物疗效与血药浓度评价具有方便、快速。
Objective:To study the correlation between the decreasing blood fat of metronidazole and steady concentration C ss min and provide reference to clinician about rational administration.Methods:The patients with hyperlipemia were treated by metronidazole with different cases.The level of cholesterol,triglyceride and C ss min were determined two weeks after oral administration.2X2 decision matrix was charted based on correlation between the change of blood fat and C ss min .The true and false positive rates were calculated respectively. ROC curve was graphed and optimum critical point was conjectured.Results:Through the ROC curve,we found the upper limit of therapy window and optimun critical point of metreonidazole were C_(min)^(ss) ≥10μg/ml.Conclusions:The rate of correlation between drug efficacy and serum drug concentration by ROC curve was convenient,speedy and accurate.
