摘要
鉴定深圳市龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种的基因。方法 :通过聚合酶链反应 (PolymeraseChainReaction) -单链构象多态性 (Single -StrandedConformationPolymorphism ,SSCP)方法分析深圳龟分支杆菌分离株的 16SrRNA ,根据其电泳图谱与标准株的相似性进行鉴定。结果 :35株龟分支杆菌分离株与龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种标准株的SSCP图谱对比 ,6株显示出与龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种标准株相似的图谱 ,2 9株显示出不同的图谱。结论 :应用PCR -SSCP方法可将深圳市龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种分为两种基因型。
Objective:To identify genotype of M.chelonei subsp.abscessus isolates rapidly.Methods:Analyzing 16s rDNA of M.chelonei subsp.abscessus isolates with PCR-SSCP.M.chelonei subsp.abscessus standard strain was used as control.The isolates were identified by their characteristic electrophoresis patterns.Results:Of 35 M.cheolonei subsp.abscessus isolates,6 had similar SSCP profiles with M.Chelonei subsp.abscessus standard strain,and 29 displayed different SSCP profiles.Conclusions:M.chelonei subsp.abscessus isolates in Shenzhen were identified as two genotypes with PCR-SSCP.
