摘要
探讨中医药事业实行可持续发展战略 ,认为以传统文化精华为底蕴、以继承与发展相结合的理念和管理机制的完善化是可持续发展的动力来源 ;同时要调整好生存与发展、机遇和挑战、现实与未来、古为今用洋为中用、学术规范与学术批评、务本与兼容之间的六大关系 ;还必须建立和实行加速中医立法、参与国际竞争、保护利用好中医药资源、培养高级中医人才、强化学科建设、构建学术评估体系、完善可持续发展经济体制等措施。
This article presents the strategies of sustainable development of Chinese medicine.It is believed that the combination of inheritance and development and the improvement of management based on Chinese culture are the intrinsic factors;that the following relation should be regulated:survival and development,opportunity and challenge,reality and future,domestic and abroad,ancient and current,academic norm and assessment;that it is necessary to establish rules for Chinese medicine,participate in international competition,protect and utilize the Chinese medical resources,cultivate the senior talents,strengthen the construction of discipline and improve the developmental strategies.
