摘要
目的 探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者血流变指标的变化。方法 对 80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者及 5 0名正常对照者进行血流变指标的检测。结果 慢性肾功能衰竭患者组的全血粘度、血沉、红细胞压积、全血还原粘度、血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原含量等与正常结果组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To study the viscosity changes in chronic renal failure patients.Methods Viscosity parameters were determined in 80 cases of chronic renal failure patients,50 cases of normal controls.Results Whole blood viscosity in high,middle and low shear rate,ESR,Hct,reductive viscosity in high and low shear rate,plasma viscosity,aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index,fibrinogen concentration in chronic renal failure patients compared with the normal controls all had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High viscosity of chronic renal failure patients is one reason of the high coagulation.
