抗逆转录病毒治疗的时机和用药方案 被引量：4

摘要 抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)所取得的功效是毋庸质疑的.但是随着药物的增加及一些新资料的出现,对于HIV感染的病人来说使治疗变得更加复杂.近年来关于何时开始抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)存有很大的争论,总的趋势是更加保守.首先是因为,即使病毒被长期抑制到在血浆中不可检测的水平,目前的治疗也不能根除体内的HIV,HIV仍在低水平地复制,目前的治疗方法将可能是终生的.其次,如果终生服药,病人服药的依从性很难保证.最后是抗病毒药物带来的副反应(特别是药物的长期毒性)和耐药性的产生.因此对何时开始ART,我们将不得不重新认识并加以研究.
