摘要
目的 :观察托盘根提取物 (RCE)对淋巴细胞、外周血白血细胞和骨髓细胞的影响。方法 :MTT法检测对淋巴细胞的影响 ;细胞计数法检测对外周血白细胞及骨髓细胞的影响。结果 :RCE能促进淋巴细胞转化 ,且不降低外周血白细胞数和骨髓细胞数。结论 :RCE能促进淋巴细胞转化 。
Objective: To observe the in fulences of RCE on lymphocyte, Peripheral blood white cells and marrow cells.Methods: The effect of RCE on lymphocyte was measured by MTT method and on blood white cells and marrow cells was assayed by number.Results: RCE could enhance lymphocyte tranformation, but it didn't decline the number of peripheral blood white cells and marrow cells.Conclusion: RCE can enhance the lymphocyte transformation and does no harm to normal cells.
