子宫内膜热休克蛋白表达与不明原因不育症的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨不明原因不育症与热休克蛋白 ( HSP)表达的关系。方法 :对 72例不明原因不育症 (不育症组 )和 3 4例 (对照组 )子宫内膜作常规染色 ,行组织学分类 ;酶联免疫吸附测定 ( EL ISA)法检测血清抗精子抗体 ( As Ab) ;免疫组织化学染色 ( S-P法 )标记HSP70和 HSP90α在子宫内膜中的表达。结果 :HSP70阳性表达在不育症及对照组子宫内膜分别为 65 %及 3 8% ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清 As Ab阳性及阴性患者中分别为 81 %及 3 0 %( P<0 .0 1 )。 HSP90α阳性表达在不育症及对照组子宫内膜分别为 5 4%及 47% ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;血清 As AB阳性及阴性患者中分别为 69%及 2 4% ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :不明原因不育症患者子宫内膜 Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of heat shock proteins (HSP) and unexplained infertility. Methods: Expression of HSP70 and HSP90α in endometrium of 72 cases of unexplained infertility and 34 cases of control group was investigated with S P method. Antibodies to spermatozoa in 53 cases of unexplained infertility were determined by ELISA. Results: Rates of the expression of HSP70 in the endometrium of unexplained inferlity and control group were 65% and 38%, respectively ( P<0.05 ). Rates of the expression of HSP70 in the positive and negative of antibodies to spermatozoa were 81% and 30%, respectively ( P<0.01 ). Rates of the expression of HSP90 in the endometrium of unexplained infertility and control group were 54% and 47%, respectively ( P> 0.05 ). Rates of the expression of HSP90 in the positive and negative of antibodies to spermatozoa were 69% and 24%, respectively ( P<0.01 ) Conclusion: The over expression of HSP70 and HSP90 α in the endometrium of unexplained infertility represents a stress reaction of autoimmunity. As HSPs gene is inhibited by using inhibiting materials. It may probably be a new therapy for the unexplained infertility.
