摘要
本文通过对水泥浆-集料界面过渡区的显微硬度测试,并辅之扫描电镜观察。探明了集料周围过渡区的分布状况,以及水灰比、集料粒径、集料间隔等因素对界面过渡区性能的影响。结果表明:(1)同一集料周围的界面过渡区不是均匀分布的;(2)水灰比对界面过渡区性质影响较大;(3)相邻集料界面效应圈之间存在着叠加作用,其叠加作用的程度随水灰比的减小而减弱,且随两集料之间距离的减小而增强。根据这些结果,本文对混凝土强度的'粒径效应'作出解释。
In this paper the distribution of interfacial zone around the aggregates and the influence of the water-cement ratio, the size of aggregates and the distance between aggregates, etc. on the property of the interfacial zone are obtained by means of the microhardness measure and the SEM observation for the interfacial zone between paste and aggregates. The result shows that: (1) the interfacial zone around aggregates is not even; (2) the influence of water-cement ratio on the property of the interfacial zone is great; (3) amidst interfacial effect limits of adjacent aggregates, the additive effect is existant, which in certain degree decreases with the decreass of water-cement ratio and with the increase of the distance between aggregates. According to these results, the 'size effect of aggregates' in the strength of concrete is explained in the present paper.
