铝酸盐水泥MDF材料的研究

摘要 本文研究了高铝水泥(HAC)掺用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)制作MDF材料的可行性,探讨了水灰比与MDF材料抗折强度的关系,分析了甘油在MDF材料中的增塑作用及增强效果,并研究了不同的养护及后处理制度对MDF材料抗折强度的影响,因MDF材料具有水敏性的弱点,本文也对HAC-MDF材料的热水敏性进行了测试和分析。 In this paper, the feasibility of the preparation of MDF materials based on high alumina cement (HAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) was investigated; the relatioaship between water cement ratio and flexural strength was discussed; and the effect of glycerin on the doughiness of fresh paste and on the strengthening of hardened paste was studied. It was found that the hot air dry processing after tog curing played a great role in the increment of flexural strength of (HAC-PAM) MDF materials. The water softness, which had been considered as a troublesome hindrance for the development of the application of MDF materials, was studied as well in this paper.
