水热重结晶制备孔雀石晶体

摘要 本工作主要研究了与天然孔雀石结晶特性一致的孔雀石结晶体的制备。实验采用两步法。首先是通过可溶性铜盐和碳酸盐化学制备孔雀石,然后,将此化学反应的产物在等温、等压的H_2O-CO_2系统中水热重结晶。通过X射线衍射分析、IR分析及SEM观察,对每一步产物与天然孔雀石进行了结构与性能的测定。结果表明,在温度为50~140℃、压力为1.0~2.5MPa、周期为5~10d的条件下,水热重结晶的孔雀石,生长为长10~15μm,宽1~2μm的晶体。其晶体结构与形貌同天然的孔雀石一致。 In this paper, the preparation of malachite crystals was studied. The proccdurc consistcd of two different stages: 1) Chemical preparation——0.5~1.0mol/L CuSO_4 reacted with 0.5~1.0 mol/L Na_2CO_3 to produce malachite prccipitatc; 2) hydrothcrmal rccrystallization at pressure 1.0~2.5 MPa and temperature 50~140℃, for a pcriod of 5~10 d in the H_2O-CO_2 system. The structure and properties of malachite aftcr each stage compared with the natural one wcrc determined by X-ray diffraction, IR and SEM. The results indicated that malachite crystals with a length of up to about 10~5μm and a width of 1~2μm could be obtained by this procedure. The crystalline characteristic agreed well with that of natural malachite.
