摘要
在对多孔质气体静压轴承分析时 ,多孔质材料内部的惯性效应以及多孔质轴承表面的速度滑移对所建立的简化数学模型的应用是一个很大的障碍 .因此采用一种分解的方法来分析空气在多孔质止推轴承内部的非线性流动即不同种类的流动机理即考虑空气压缩性和一定范围内的惯性效应 .实验结果表明多孔质表面的速度滑移并不遵守Beaver模型 ,但是可以通过附加等效间隙来大致估计 .
Experimental results show that velocity slip do not obey the Beavers mode, but it could be approximated by an added equivalent clearance. A decomposition method is used for analyzing non linear air flow characteristic of porous thrust bearings with various mechanisms responsible for the non linearity of flow characteristics, such as air compressibility and short and long range inertial effects, taken into account. The clearance does not have any direct relationship with the surface roughness of the test specimen.
