摘要
目前 ,我国媒炭行业的重大特大伤亡事故不断发生 ,已严重影响到国民经济的发展和社会的稳定。本文运用系统工程学理论 ,分析并找出了伤亡事故不断发生 ,乃至恶性循环的机理 。
At present major casualty accidents have continuously occurred in the coal industry in our country and, therefore, have done great harm to the development of the national economy and to the stability of the society. On the basis of the theory of system engineering, this paper finds out the mechanism for the continuous occurrence of casualty accidents and for the vicious circle of them, and proposes the countermeasures for their prevention and controlling.
