It is introduced that a high frequency modulated PWM signal generator's implement based on CPLD. The PWM signal's frequency is adjustable range from 1kHz to 2kHz,and modulated by high frequency pulse up to 100kHz, The deadtime is programable , 2 outsignals are locked each other.
