摘要
以自行研制的一套开放式经济型数控装置为例 ,说明开放式经济型数控系统所具有的功能及其软、硬件组成 .介绍了该系统的核心部件——运动控制卡的设计原理 .该卡采用通用的芯片进行设计 ,其成本低廉 .
The status of our country's economical computerized numerical control(CNC) system was discussed, the development trend of PC based open architecture economical CNC system was put forward. The functions, software and hardware of the open architecture economical CNC system were illustrated by an example of the CNC system. The design principle of this CNC system's kernel component——motion control card was also introduced. The card is designed with general chips. The open architecture economical CNC system was successfully applied in reforming the old closed CNC system for flame cutting machine.
