摘要
以单盘偏置裂纹转子为研究对象 ,同时考虑支承弹性和陀螺效应的影响 ,建立了运动方程并进行了仿真计算 .数值分析表明 :当转子以亚临界转速运行时 ,裂纹转子盘心响应和支承处加速度响应中均出现 1 ,2 ,3…倍频成分 ,且出现分数次共振现象 ;转子以超临界转速运行时 ,盘心轨迹为一椭圆 ,幅频图上 2倍频以后的各分量极小 ,而支承处加速度响应的幅频图
The dynamic behavior of a cracked rotor with elastic bearings was investigated. The equations of motion of the cracked rotor are derived, then its dynamical behaviors are analyzed numerically. The numerical analysis demonstrates that the displacement response of the vibration of the disc and the acceleration response of the bearing contain 2×, 3×, ··· components, reaching its maximum value when Ω=1/2, 1/3, ··· respectively. The components of high frequency almost disappear in the response of the vibration of the disc when the rotor runs in the supercritical region. But the components of high frequency exist apparently in the acceleration response of the bearing when the rotor runs in the supercritical region. So the 2× component of the vibration of the bearings can be regarded as an evidence of the existence of a crack.
