摘要
本文针对贵溪冶炼厂第三套制氧机运行时 ,振动值增加 ,齿轮啮合时发出尖脆的声音等原因进行对比分析 ,发现MOBILE、BB、DTE、VG2 2 0润滑油不宜在高温下使用 ,我们将原润滑油更换成ROYALPURYLE、SYN FILM、GT2 2 0合成油 ,振动值明显降低 ,消失了尖脆声 ,延长了齿轮的使用寿命。
The article analyses the reason of the increase of vibration volume, creating the shrill sound while gear engagement of the third set of oxygen making mechine's operation, indicates MOBILE, BB, DTE, VG220 lubrications are unsuitable for use in the high temperature. After the replacement of original lubrication with ROYAL, PURYLE, SYNFILM, GT220 synthetic oils, the vibration volume decreases obviously; the shrill sound disappears and prolongs the using life of the gear.
