摘要
本文主要针对重轨轨端踏面存在的淬火掉块质量问题 ,通过试验研究 ,采取了切实可行的措施 ,提高并稳定了重轨轨端淬火质量 ,增加了轨端的耐磨性、冲击韧性 ,进而延长了重轨的使用寿命。同时为了使重轨轨端淬火质量达到一个新的水平 。
Some useful measures for the existing problems are taken to improve the quenching quality of heavy rail end. The wear property and impact toughness is increased, and the service life of rail is prolonged. At the same time, to make the quenching quality to reach a new level, some improvement suggestions are given.
