根据近两年包钢炼铁厂的生产情况 ,阐述了提高高炉利用系数应采取的相应措施 ,即坚持精料方针、搞好上下部调剂 。
Some measures as fine material, bottom and upper combining and upgrading BF smelting to improve the capacity according to the production at Ironmaking Plant in Baotou Steel are given.
