摘要
Objective:observing the effect of "Huaban" granule on REC function and CIC content of mouse with anaphylactoid purpura.Method:Animal model was made by gliadin per.So as antigene and reticuloendothelial system blocked with india-ink,indexes which reflected RES function such as k value,a value and CIC turbity were determinated respectively.Results:The preventive group of "Huaban" granule could enhance model mouses RES function and lower CIC content,this indicated the importance of early and whole cource administration.Conclusion:The mechanism of "Huaban" granule preventing anaphylactoid purpura maybe lowering CIC content and its local deposit by enhancing model mouses RES function and the produce of CIC antigene or the eliminating of CIC.
