摘要
报道了用 2 -萘酚与氯化苄在非质子溶剂中缩合反应合成苄基 - 2 -萘基醚。对各种不同的反应条件进行了研究 ,发现以 DMSO为溶剂 ,用 KOH为碱剂 ,2 -萘酚与氯化苄的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .5 ,反应温度 95～ 1 0 0℃ ,反应时间 3h,苄基 - 2 -萘基醚收率达 97%以上。
The 2 Naphthol benzylether has been synthesized by using 2 Naphthol and benzylchloride in solvent DMSO. The result shows that the molar ratio of 2 naphthol ∶ benzylchloride is 0.025 ∶ 0.037,solvent DMSO 20 mL,KOH 2 g,reaction temperature:95~100℃,reaction time:3.0 hours. The yield of 2 naphthol benzylether is 97.6%.
