摘要
本文从硫酸盐法制浆造纸废水的成因,分析并阐明了废水组成份,提出了预沉—铝盐絮凝—污泥回流新工艺。与现行生物法、化学法比较,具有流程简短、技术可靠、效果稳定、占地小、耗电省、成本低等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
This article, inquired into causes of the wastewater in papermaking through sulfate production, analyzed and discussed the composition of the wastewater as well as a new technology of pre-precipitation-aluminate flocculation-sludge reflux. Conpared with nowaday's biological and chemical methods, the new technique showed advantages of shorter processing line, reliable technology, stablized results and occupied small location with less electric consumption and less costs. The new technology has a wide application uses.
