摘要
本文以吸附孔分布法研究了丝光沸石催化剂在甲苯歧化和C_9芳烃烷基转移反应中的结焦行为。通过实验,阐明了催化剂上“焦”的沉积部位以及孔结构与结焦和催化性能之间的关系。结果表明,反应1000小时后,催化剂上的“焦”主要沉积在沸石晶粒外表面与粘结剂组成的二次孔中;而其孔径和孔容对结焦和催化剂性能有不可忽视的影响。
This article has studied the coking benavior of mordenne catalyst in the C_9 arene (?) tion and toluene disproportiongation with the method of adsorption analysis. The 'coke' sediment parts on the cat catalyst, and the relationship between the pore stucture, and coking and catalytic performances are described through the experiments. It shows that the 'coke' on the catalyst is mainly deposited in the secondary formed between the surface of zeolite crystal particle and adhesives, after 1000 hrs reaction. The pore diameter and pore volume have a great effect on the coking and catalytic performances.
