摘要
本文介绍了辐照交联聚乙烯热收缩管的“记忆”原理及其制备工艺。扩管设备是制备热收缩管的重要装置,作者就连续式扩管设备的结构和技术要点进行了详细的论述。实验证明:该扩管设备技术上是可行的;产品线性低密度聚乙烯热收缩管具有良好的物理机械性能。
This artical introduces the 'memory' principles and fabrication technology of radiated cross-linking polyethylene hot contraction pipe. The author detailed the structure and technical main points of continuous pipe-expanding equipment. The experience proved that the equipment is avaliable, and the LLDPE hot contraction pipe has good physical and mechanical properties.
