摘要
目的 探讨支气管潜窥镜下行喉显微手术的可行性。方法 全麻支撑喉镜下应用支气管潜窥镜HopkingsTelescope(30°,4mm× 36 0mm)为 5 7例喉疾患者进行检查及手术。结果 5 7例患者应用该方法完整观察到声门、喉室、前联合、声门下区并顺利完成手术 ,完整摘除 5 2例声带息肉、小结、囊肿 ,效果满意 ,未发生并发症 ;成年人乳头状瘤 5例 ,摘除后未发现复发。结论 支气管潜窥镜是可以替代显微镜行喉显微手术的有用工具 ,并显示了某些优点。
Objective To assess the feasibility of application of Hopkings bronchoscopic telescope in microlaryngoscopic surgery. Methods In a prospective study, 57 patients with benign lesions of vocal fold were examined and treated under Hopkings bronchosopic telesope. Results Hopkings bronchoscopic telescope significantly enhances the ability to assess the endolarynx, offers high quality imaging even of regions that are traditionally difficult to explore,such as the inferior surface and free border of the vocal cord, anterior commissure, ventricle and subglottis. 52 cases of vocal cord polyp?nodes and cyst were successful excised with good results, without complications. 5 cases of papilloma of larynx in adult were removed and followed-up without recurrence.Conclusion Hopkings bronchoscopic telescope is an excellent instrument in microlaryngoscopic surgery, and may also be a good equipment to replace operating microscope.
