摘要
根据零件的实际 ,提出了用精冲成形精密内花键 ,分析了内花键精冲机理 ,进行了工艺计算和模具设计 。
Forming the internal spline by fine blanking was proposed according to the plate part itself. The fine blanking principle of the internal spline was analyzed. And the technological calculation and the design of the die were introduced. The result from the forming process is good.
