摘要
目的 :观察慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)证病结合模型的舌象扫描电镜改变。方法 :雌性大鼠 ,随机分为对照组、CAG组、脾虚 CAG组、肝郁 CAG组、肾虚 CAG组。采用脱氧胆酸钠和阿斯匹林水溶液交替饮用加免疫损伤法制造 CAG模型 ,脾虚证模型采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法 ,肝郁证模型采用夹尾加肾上腺素注射法 ,肾虚证模型采用 MTU溶液饮用法。于实验 35周和 45周造模结束后取舌 ,观察其扫描电镜象改变。结果 :各实验组舌象的扫描电镜改变均有向舌根方向推移的趋势 ,以脾虚 CAG组和肾虚 CAG组最为明显。在实验第 45周 ,由于造模时间的延长 ,对照组和肝郁 CAG组从舌象看有从实到虚的演变趋势 ,所以各组间差异的显著性反而有所减少。结论 :舌扫描电镜象在一定程度上反映了证、病和证病结合病理规律。
Objective:To observe the change of scanning electron microscopy of rat tongue of CAG model combined with syndromes.Methods:Female rats were divided into 5 groups: control group,CAG group,CAG with spleen insufficiency group,CAG with liver stagnation group,CAG with kidney insufficiency group.CAG model was made with alternative oral deoxycholate and aspirin solutions,and immunologic damage.Spleen insufficiency model was made with relieving qi,meanwhile alternative with over hungry and over eaten.Liver stagnation model was made with pressing tail and adrenalin injection.Kindney insufficiency model was made with oral MTU solution.The tongues of these models were observed with scanning electron microscopy at 35th and 45th weeks.Result:The changes of tongues of all models tended towards the type of tongue root.This trend was distincetly especially in the spleen insufficiency group, and CAG with kidney insuffciency group.At 45th week,the differents among 5 groups reduced because the rats of control group and CAG with liver stagation group were becoming insufficiency too.Conclusion:The changes of scanning electron microscopy reflected the pathological regularities of disease,syndromes,and disease combined with syndrome to a certain degree.
