摘要
在高等学校中实行学分制是推动教学管理体制改革的一个重要的突破口 ,学分制不仅是一种管理形式 ,更重要的是一种管理手段 ,它对教学管理中各个方面的工作起着十分重要的制约或协调作用。文章从学分制的特征、实施学分制的必要性、实施学分制应采取的措施以及实施学分制应解决的问题等方面进行了论述 ,并希望以此为契机 ,推动教学管理体制的改革。
In colleges and universities, the application of credit system is an important breakthrough point in the promotion of teaching management system reform. Credit system is not only a management form but also a means of management. It plays very important restricting and coordinating roles in various aspects of teaching management. This paper discusses the characteristics of credit system, the necessity of its implementation, the measures of its implementation, and the problems to be resolved in implementing credit system. It is hoped that we can take this opportunity to promote the reform of teaching management system.
