摘要
本文对组合预测法的概念及其权值的确定进行了探讨,提出了带约束的组合预测法优越性的理论依据.
This paper investigates the conception of combining forecasts method and the determination of its weighted value and the theoretical basis for the superiority of the combining forecasts with constraints is presented.
