摘要
以大肠杆菌 (Escherichiacoli)为急性毒性测试生物 ,实测了 1 2种苯的硝基芳烃衍生物对大肠杆菌的 1 2hEC50 ,建立以大肠杆菌为毒性试验生物的实验方法 .应用三种物理化学分子描述符进行QSAR分析 。
In this study EC 50 (50% effect concentration) values of 12 nitrobenzenes were determined for population growth endpoint of Escherichia coli.Quantitative structure activity relationships (QSARs) were examined using log of the inverse of the EC 50 (lg EC 50 ) in mole liter as the dependent variable and 3 molecular descriptors-lgP,I,∑σ - as the independent variables.Through multiplicate regression analysis,one best equation was yielded:-lgEC 50 =1.451+0.443 lgP+0.280 I+0.446∑σ -,n=12,r=0.938,r 2=0.880,s=0.124,f=19.60.
