摘要
自然杀伤细胞活性(NK-A)在肿瘤的发生发展中起着十分重要作用。肿瘤患者的NK-A显著低于正常人。本文报告有机锗Ge-132和卡介苗素(BCG—E)调控NK-A的研究。NK-A测定法采用^(51)Cr标记K_(56z)细胞4小时释放法。结果表明,Ge-132及BCG-E不仅能明显地增强NK-A;而且呈剂量依赖关系。作者还同时对11例慢性气管炎患者在肌肉注射BCG-E前后测定外周血NK-A,发现注射前NK-A仅为正常值的二分之一左右,注射后则能明显升高NK-A。
Natural killer cell activity (NK-A) plays an important role in controlling development and progress of tumors. Recently, it was demonstrated that NK-A in tumor patients was significantly reduced. This paper reports NK-A regulatory effects of Ge-132 and BCG-E. The 4 hour release of ^(51)Cr-labeled K_(562) cells was used for NK-A assay. Not only the effect of NK-A of Ge-132 and BCG-E enhanced but also in a dose-dependent manner. So the authors suggest that, Ge-132 and BCG-E may be used as new antitumor drugs.
