摘要
8例次晚期恶性肿瘤(其中1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病)病人进行超常剂量联合化疗,辅以超低温(-196℃)冷冻保存自身骨髓移植。化疗后造血机能恢复迅速。8例患者中有6例获得完全或部分缓解,为难治或晚期恶性肿瘤病人提供了一个新疗法。
Seven patients suffering from advanced malignant tumors (one with acute premyelocytic leukemia) were treatcd with intensive combination chemotherapy and cryopreserved (-196℃) autologous bone marrow transplantation (one case received two courses of treatment). Recovery of hematogenic function was observed after treatment. 6/8 cases gained partial or complete remission. Thus the present regimen may be a new method to treat refractory or advanced malignant tumors.
