摘要
本文着重研究了微山稀土矿深部矿石回收氟碳铈镧矿的方法及其工艺特点和浮选规律.在碱性介质中采用L102、水玻璃和铝盐组合药剂,可以使稀土矿同其伴生矿物有效分离,适宜的PH值范围为8.0~9.0.经一次粗选、四次精选获得两种精矿产品,即高品位精矿(REO≥67%)和中品位精矿(REO≥34%).稀土总回收率接近90%.文中还比较了不同结构羟肟酸的浮选效果.
The paper focuses on the method of retrieval for bastnaesite from the deep-seated primary rare earth deposits at Wei Shan Rare Earth Mine, its technology characteristic and flotation factors.The RE(rare earth) minerals are selectivity floated in basic pulp by using group reagents of L 102, Na2sio3 and Al salt.The proper pulp PH value is 8.0-9.0.After 1 rougher and 4 cleaner refinements two RE concentrates are obtained. One is high-grade concentrate with ERO≥67%, the other is middling-grade concentrate with REO≥34%.The total recovery of RE is approaching 90%.In the paper, the flotation results of hydroxamic acids with different structures are compared.
