摘要
目的 :研究开发经外用途径作用快、药效高的治疗白癜风新药。方法 :治疗组用祛白酊外擦 ,对照组用白癜风溶液外擦 ,采用统一的疗效评定标准进行观察。结果 :治疗组治愈显效率 5 5 .9% ,对照组 36 .0 % ,两组有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,且治疗组不良反应发生率低。结论
Objective: To study and develop a new drug to treat leukodermia in external application. Methods: Under a same effective standard, an observed group has been externally treated by tincture 'Qu Bai' and a controlled group by liquor for leukodermia. Results: The obvious effective rate in the observed group is 55.9% and that in the controlled 36.0%. The difference between them is significant (P<0.01) and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observed group quite low. Conclusions: Tincture can be effectively used to treat leukodermia.
